Start with an inquiry. Robert will discuss fit, your goals, and timing with you. An inquiry does not enroll you or reserve a session. If you both choose to proceed, you receive the full coaching terms to review and sign before payment. Robert then sends the Stripe payment step and arranges your Zoom sessions after payment is confirmed.
Payment is due in full after you sign the agreement and before sessions are scheduled. Robert does not offer installment plans.
Coaching availability windows are Tuesday, 2 to 4 p.m., and Thursday, noon to 3 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., in America/New_York (Eastern Time). These are availability windows, not guaranteed openings. Robert will confirm a mutually workable schedule with you. Group cohort dates have not been announced.
Individual and couples programs include 8 private sessions over 16 weeks. You may reschedule up to 2 private sessions with at least 24 hours notice for each. Each makeup must happen within 14 days of its original date, and all sessions must be completed within 18 weeks of the program start. Late cancellations and no-shows count as used sessions. The final 2 weeks are a maximum makeup buffer, not additional coaching.
Group coaching follows 8 fixed cohort dates over 16 weeks. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend. Group absences do not include private makeup sessions or an extended program. Teaching recordings are available; personal hot seats are not recorded by default.
Payments are nonrefundable for a change of mind, voluntary withdrawal, missed sessions, or unused sessions. Mandatory legal rights still apply. If Robert cancels a session, it does not use your private-session reschedule allowance. If he cannot provide a replacement within the program deadline, you receive a refund for the undelivered service.
Coaching with Robert takes place in scheduled sessions. Email outside sessions is for inquiries and administrative scheduling only; private message, text, and voice coaching are not included.
Coaching and education are not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. If there is abuse, coercion, violence, or immediate danger, prioritize safety and professional support.
